Online Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely in love with your selection, we will gladly exchange or issue a refund or store credit for the value of full price merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition with original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered. lori+lulu has the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.
Items marked as final sale or sale, as well as earrings, adhesive bras, undergarments, furs, swimwear and bodysuits are FINAL SALE. There will be no price adjustments for previously purchased items.
Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels attached. Shoes returned without the original box or in a damaged shoebox will not be accepted.
All returns are to be shipped back with original receipts.
The return total will be credited back to the original method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to receive and process your return. If you prefer to exchange your items, we will send a replacement as soon as the original item is received and processed. lorilulu.com is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
This return policy is applicable for lorilulu.com online purchases only and does not apply to in-store purchases.
